Return & Replacement Policy

At Atripz, we work hard to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. To keep your shopping experience worry-free, we offer a straightforward return and replacement process.

When Can You Return a Product?

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The size or color does not match what you ordered.
  • The printing or design is wrong (wrong placement, wrong design, etc.).
  • The wrong item was sent to you.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  1. Time Limit: You contact us within 03 days of receiving your delivery.
  2. Product Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  3. Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact and not tampered with.
  4. Freebies: If the item came with a free promotional gift, that gift must also be returned.

Note on Size: We will provide a refund or replacement only if the size delivered does not match the size mentioned in your invoice. If the product matches the invoice, we cannot offer a refund for size issues.

What happens next? Once we receive your returned item, our team will perform a quality check. If the return reason is valid, we will send you a fresh replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked!

 

Refund Policy

If a replacement is not possible or a refund is required, please keep the following in mind:

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that the "Cash on Delivery" convenience charge and "Shipping Charges" are non-refundable.
  • Payment Method: * If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund since you only pay upon receiving the item.
    • For Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer), the refund will be sent back to your original payment account.
  • Technical Errors: If you were charged twice due to a technical glitch, we will refund the extra payment.
  • Timeline: You will receive your refund within 7-10 working days.
